We owe you a quick update. This week, we pushed a significant upgrade to the software platform behind Stampworld - and while it's a step forward for the long term, it has come with some unwanted side effects in the short term. We're experiencing a number of bugs and technical issues as a result, and we want to be upfront with you about what's going on.
Here's where things stand right now:
Parts of the catalogue were temporarily unreachable - this has now been resolved.
Some parts of the site are currently unreachable when using the "English (US)" language setting. As a workaround, please switch to "English" in the language selector, which works correctly.
Images uploaded by sellers to show specific items are not currently appearing in the catalogue or on orders. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
When you send a new message, it may appear as though the message was not sent - but it actually has been delivered. Please do not click the send button more than once, as each additional click will send the recipient a duplicate copy of your message.
We are fully aware of how important a smooth and reliable experience is to your collecting and trading, and we're very sorry for the inconvenience these issues cause. Please know that we are working as hard and fast as we can to solve these issues. And please know that this upgrade will be the backbone that allows us to make Stampworld much better in the months and years to come - this has been a significant hurdle for a very long time.
